To provide with good quality products adequate to our clients’ needs and demands, offering verifiable results. To achieve this we continuously do our best to implement and improve our quality management under ISO 9001 Norms, we constantly keep our staff’s qualifications updated and we follow the markets in order to detect new needs.
 

QUALITY STANDARD GOALS
1. To supply the domestic demand aiming at a yearly 10% growth in the next two years, thus solving the main infrastructure problems.

2. To increase exports to 15% of the total sale in the domestic market.

3. To focus on the development of key suppliers so that they are part of the growing process

4. To assess quality improvements of our products taking into account our clients’ specific demands.

5. To increase production by using the new plastic injection moulding machines to reduce costs.

6. To cover the growth of the domestic demand and to catch up with the market in relation to our competitors.
